Raising Cane’s to open 7 new restaurants. See locations

Raising Cane’s is celebrating a major milestone this month as the popular chicken finger chain marks its 30th anniversary. To commemorate three decades of business since opening its first doors in August 1996, the company is embarking on an aggressive growth spurt featuring seven brand new restaurant openings across several states. This expansion includes strategic moves into new markets such as Rocky Mount, North Carolina and Statesboro, Georgia, signaling the brand’s desire to broaden its footprint in the East Coast and Southern regions.

The rollout begins immediately with early August dates for new sites in Novi, Michigan and Rocky Mount, followed by a wave of openings mid-month in California and New Jersey. By late August, fans in Tuscaloosa, Alabama and Statesboro will be able to get their hands on the chain’s signature thick and tangy sauce. These additions follow recent successful launches in Pensacola and Albany, where the company sparked local excitement with promotions like giving twenty lucky customers free food for an entire year.

Beyond just adding new locations, Raising Cane’s is investing heavily in its existing infrastructure through a series of high-profile remodelings. Four established restaurants are scheduled to reopen after extensive updates throughout August, including spots in College Station, Texas and Las Vegas, Nevada, as well as Lexington, Kentucky and Gahanna, Ohio. Company representatives noted that these renovations are part of a larger commitment to improving the customer experience while reflecting on how much they have grown since their humble beginnings thirty years ago.
